The balloting within the club guarantees the involvement of new members. A potential member is required to contribute to the Clubs objectives and activities. Respect the rules. And to determine whether the candidate would feel at home. The required level of education is at least HBO or a business or social position in which such level has been established. The balloting committee shall assess the applications for membership based on aforementioned principles, personal interviews and references.
The registration process is mainly done digitally. An email will be sent to the candidate member containing a link to his or her personal page, where an application may be filled in. Three supporters of the application must be named too. The supporters will receive a link through which they can fill in the reference. Once the registration is complete, the application can be downloaded, signed and send.
The application will be presented in the Club on the first working day of the following month. During this month candidate members will be invited for a further introduction with two members of the balloting committee. If, within one month of publication, no written objection has been received the membership will become effective on the first day of the next month.
In case of a negative outcome or if one or more written objections are received within this month, the committee will decide whether to admit the candidate as lons as at least three-quarters are in favour. The candidate member and the supporting members will receive a written notice of either the granting or declining of the application as soon as possible.
