Do you opt for an individual or a corporate membership? Within both memberships, you enjoy all the benefits of our network. A private membership is in your own name; a corporate membership gives access for a minimum of two members and allows you to use one of our rooms free of charge three times a year during Club opening hours.

Private membership

A private membership
offers the following benefits:

  • Unlimited access to Table and Club activities
  • Introducing guests to the Club and to activities
  • Access to a network of Dutch and international clubs
  • Standard 50% discount on room hire during Club opening hours
  • When spending a minimum of € 55 p.p. for food & beverage, you will receive a 100% discount on the room rent

If you are interested in a private membership, registration is mainly digital. Fill in our contact form and we will contact you about your application. To register, you need three supporters within the Club who endorse the application. The supporters will receive a link so they can sign and send the application.

Alongside are the rates for our private membership. In addition, you pay an annual catering contribution of € 100, which we deposit on your membership card and which you can spend freely.

The above rates are on an annual basis. Membership fees are indexed annually.

New members, except for partner members, pay a one-off entry fee: 50% of the membership fee.

* Partner membership: all members can nominate their spouse or partner as a member. This is not a full membership. It has no voting rights and provides access to the Club only.

** Extraordinary member: passive member with residential address abroad. It does not have voting rights and only offers limited access to the Club (maximum 6 times a year).

Corporate membership

A corporate
membership offers
the following benefits:

  • Membership includes two named cardholders
  • Access to the facilities and Table and Club activities
  • Opportunity for relationship management
  • Introducing guests to the Club and to activities
  • Access to a network of Dutch and international clubs
  • Three times a year free use of one of the rooms for a presentation, meeting, dinner or other gathering during Club opening hours
  • After three free room uses, you will receive a 50% discount on room rental
  • If you spend a minimum of € 55 per person on food & beverage, you will receive a 100% discount on room hire.

If you are interested in a corporate membership linked to your business, please fill in our contact form and we will contact you about your application. We will also ask you for your company details as the cardholders' details. You will also need to provide a motivation.

Ballotage

We do not have rigid entry requirements. What we do look at in our balloting is added value for our community, social involvement, personality, diversity and inclusiveness. We open our doors to an international network. We look at whether you, as a potential member, contribute to the objectives of our Club and, not unimportantly, will feel at home.

The balloting committee evaluates an application for membership based on these principles, personal interviews and member references. It then advises the board.

You got to know Royal IGC as an introduce or through other means and would like to know more about becoming a member.

Introduction

Register for an introductory evening using the form below. You are also welcome to attend other meetings.

Register

After an introductory evening, you can indicate whether you are interested in becoming a member. We will then be happy to inform you about the application process.

Ballotage

Based on your application, we will check during a personal interview whether you will feel at home within our Club.

New member

After a mutually positive response, you will be an official member the first of the following month. Welcome to the Royal IGC!
