Mr. Zhang will introduce China's science and innovation policy and system, its latest development and achievement. He will also introduce China's next five-year-plan and give his own observation about the cooperation between China and the Netherlands.
Mr. Zhang got his PhD degree in information management at Peking University. His dissertation is about knowledge management. He used to a researcher at the Institute of Science and Technology Information of China, which belongs to Ministry of Science and Technology of China. His main research area includes science and government information management, policy and innovation. Before moving to the Netherlands, he used to work at the Chinese Embassy in Finland for four years.
