Deze avond komen verschillende sprekers aan het woord: Jeroen Ketting, oprichter Lighthouse Moscow: Zakendoen in Rusland. Heleen over de Linden, Sancties tegen Rusland, Amsterdam Trade Bank en Financiering van projecten in Rusland. Alexander Cherevko, Russische Handelsdelegatie: openingswoord. Presentation of Jeroen Ketting: How it took a 23-year long journey to scratch the surface of the Russian soul. How is it that Russians derive strength from a combination of unpredictability, contradictions and relativity? And why are the words Avos, Podvig and Sudba crucial to understanding the Russian soul?

Presentation of Heleen over de Linden: Almost three years ago sanctions have been imposed against former Ukrainian politicians, Eastern-Ukraine, Crimea and Russia. This evening Heleen, who is writing a PhD thesis about the sanctions, will inform the audience about the practical implications of the sanctions, about do's and don'ts and tools to check if that what you are planning to do (or doing already) is (possibly) restricted by sanctions or not.
