Dr. Dieter Veldsman, Academy to Innovate HR, AIHR. Is an award-winning organizational psychologist and HR expert with over 15 years of experience transforming businesses through strategic HR, organizational design, and development.

Rob Steur, Business Director Robert Walters. Rob worked for over 20 years for international and local recruitment and search firms, before moving to Robert Walters in 2010. Today, as Business Director, he focusses on strategic accounts and preferred supplier agreements. Next to Business Development he is a specialist in changing careers through Recruitment (permanent & temporary), Outsourcing & Talent Advisory.

Ruud Blaakman, General Employers' Association of the Netherlands, AWVN. As Advisor on international labor mobility, he advises employers on the international assignment of employees, carefully seconding employees from the Netherlands, and preventing liability risks associated with working internationally.
